De Kadaster- en notaris kosten in deze ruil bedroegen € 8.745,52. De kosten zijn betaald vanuit het POP3-project Kavelruil werkt! Stivas verzorgt de voor financiering en declareert deze achteraf bij de Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland. Deze organisatie voert de subsidie voor Europa en provincie Noord-Holland uit.
